What we fit

Every floor in the house, and the stairs too.

From a single bedroom carpet to a whole house, MD Flooring takes on all types of jobs, big or small. We supply and fit, and the business is run by Matt Dale himself.

01Carpets

Carpet supplied and fitted, room by room or the whole house.

Bedrooms, lounges, landings and hallways. We supply the carpet and underlay and cut in neatly around door frames, so the finish looks as good at the edges as it does in the middle of the room.

Staircases, winders and bound runners.

Stairs are where good fitting shows. Straight flights, winders, open spindles and landings, finished in plain carpet, bold stripes or a bordered runner that leaves the painted treads on show.

Floor screeding & ply boarding

A floor is only as good as what is underneath it.

Uneven boards and tired concrete show through new flooring. Before anything goes down, we level the subfloor with liquid screed and smoothing compound, or lay ply boarding over old timber, so the finished floor sits flat and stays that way.

The prep and the finished floor come from the same business, so there is no waiting on another trade before the new floor goes down.

From the moment I phoned Matt we knew he was the right person for the job. Having all the answers to the things we where on sure with.

On time brought sample books with him and was able to work the booking around me as paint work needed to be complete first

Needless to say the job was perfect on time efficient tidy clean friendly and professional throughout the job even making recommendations to make the job look better.

Would have him back to carry out all future works great work ethic great guy but most of all knows his trade.

    We bring the sample books to you, so you choose carpet, LVT or vinyl in your own light, against your own walls.

    Booked around your job

    Painting or other trades still to finish? We fit the booking around them so the floor goes down last and stays clean.

  4. 04

    Fitted and left tidy

    On time, neat and tidy, with honest advice along the way on anything that will make the finished floor look better.

    Installation of LVT flooring for bathroom and carpet for two bedrooms

    MD Flooring came highly recommended to us by a trusted tradesperson, and we're delighted with the result! Matt was friendly and professional throughout the whole job, offering his valuable advice and experience at every step.

    He installed a complex, glue-down LVT bathroom tile pattern for us and the result is fantastic. In two bedrooms he installed carpet and underlay, cutting in perfectly around the door frame for a neat and tidy finish.

    Carpet supply and fitting: Excellent service.

    We have had several carpets fitted across several properties including a whole house. I did not realise that difference good quality fitting can make until we used this firm.
